Ordering API. With our industry leading ordering API, we can integrate with your site. This automation means when a customer places an order through your site we will receive the order in seconds. Our system will then select the warehouse with the part that is closest to the ship to address will receive and fulfill the order. This cuts down on delivery time and gets the order shipped same day if received by 3pm local time.
Invoice/tracking push. Our integration goes beyond your site. When an order is picked up by the third-party carrier and processed, we will push an order invoice with tracking back to your FTP server so you can update your customer with tracking details.
Flat rate shipping. We offer flat rate shipping to our drop ship partners so you know exactly what it costs to ship an order regardless of distance. We send out a monthly shipping file that tells you exactly how a part will ship as well as part and box dimensions.
Standardized packaging. Two years ago, we launched the OSCO and AVATAR programs. These programs standardized they way we pack orders, so we are consistent with how we pack and ship an order regardless of the warehouse it ships from.
Distribution centers. LKQ has 20 drop ship distribution centers in the US and six in Canada. Each center is fully staffed with trained personnel. All orders received prior to 3pm local time will ship same day.
