Pick Your Part Hosts “Snow Day” for Local Florida School!

On Tuesday, January 10th, 2023, Pick Your Part in Largo, Florida brought a winter wonderland to the students and staff of Walsingham Elementary School. The event was hosted on the school’s grounds and featured a snow-covered area where students could play and make snowmen, sled on a snow-covered slide, craft their own snowflake ornament, and participate in an organized snowball fight using giant cotton balls. The perfect weather with a 70-degree day and clear blue sky made the event even more enjoyable for everyone in attendance.

Adam Swartout and Stephen Dziadul from Pick Your Part in Largo were on site to join in the fun and also shared educational information about recycling and the company. The event was a huge success, and the students had a blast. Many of the students had never seen snow before, but they got to experience it firsthand and create unforgettable memories.

“We are so grateful to Pick Your Part for hosting such a fun and magical event for our students,” said the principal of Walsingham Elementary School. “It was an experience they will never forget, and we all really enjoyed the snow and all the activities that were provided.”
