To ensure the quality standard of this concept every workshop partner has to do 6 different trainings (benzine, diesel, airco, safety, electronica and hybrid) within the first 3 years of partnership. These training qualifications have a validity of 2 years, so that every training section has to be done every third year as a follow-up course to keep the quality label. Furthermore the platform “Q connect” offers the possibility to interact and communicate 24/7 with other concept colleagues to question the helpdesk or to organize network events.
